<p>The device comprises a sampler (1) with a by-pass valve (3) arranged on an inlet, a by-pass valve (27) for its arranging on an outlet from a fermenter (39), and a separating chamber (19) provided between said valves (3) and (27). The chamber (19) is provided with a connection (40) on which a by-pass valve (28) is arranged for delivering the sterilizing agent into a sample receptacle (1). On the inlet of the sample receptacle (1) a supplementary by-pass valve (7) is arranged so that the valve body (3) acts as its shut-off member. The chamber (19) may reciprocate in the direction in which shut-off members (4) and (6) are displacing and may interact therewith. </p> |
