A support arm (4) extending partially beyond the upper side of a bearing plate (2) is fastened to the foot region of said bearing plate (2) of a treatment bed, which bearing plate (2) is pivotably connected to an underframe (1). A colour irradiation device (5) is pivotably connected to the free end of the support arm (4). A further colour irradiation device (5) is connected to a lower bar (4a) of the support arm (4), and the bearing plate (2) is made of a transparent material in the functional region of this colour irradiation device (5). A guide rail (6) extending above the bearing plate (2) and along which a massage device (7) is displaceably arranged is provided on a narrow side of the bearing plate (2). The massage device (7) is connected via a flexible shaft (9) to a drive motor (8) connected to the support arm (4). Due to the arrangement of the two colour irradiation devices (5) and of the massage device (7), the therapeutic possibilities of the treatment bed designed in this way are considerably extended. <IMAGE>
