PURPOSE:To simplify the process and to improve the quality by passing a plate made of a lead grid filled with paste between multi-stage heating rollers and drying the surface of the plate. CONSTITUTION:A lead grid 2 moving on a belt conveyor 1 is filled with paste by means of a paste filling machine 3 to produce a plate 4. Said plate 4 will pass between the heating rollers 5, 5' heated to 50-80 deg.C. Clothes 6, 6' having acid-resistance and high water-holding capacity are entangled to the rollers 5, 5'. Thereafter said plate 10 will pass through the second stage heating rollers 7, 7' heated to 120-150 deg.C and finally between the third stage rollers 8, 8' heated to 150-200 deg.C and laminated horizontally to be carried to the curing process. Clothes 11, 11', 12, 12' having high heat-resistance such as Teflon are entangled to the second and third stage heating rollers. Consequently the manufacturing process is rationalized to stabilize the quality. |
