PURPOSE:To chemically remove the remaining minute impure gas and obtain an excellent lamp characteristic and a long life by arranging metal zirconium powder as a material so that a getter function is applied and the zirconium oxide generated by the getter action serves as an anti-spatter component. CONSTITUTION:Metal zirconium powder is stored in the water, which is then substituted for methanol that is a hydrophilic organic solvent by decantation. Then by using methanol-wet metal zirconium powder thus obtained, an electron emissive material is produced with the following recipe. 2.70kg of barium carbonate strontium calcium, 0.15kg of methanol-wet metal zirconium powder, 0.95kg of butyl acetat solution of nitrocellulose, and 0.25kg of butyl acetate (second organic solvent) are mixed and milled with a ball mill for four days to obtain the electron emissive material. |
