The invention relates to novel 1-halo- or 1-nitrile-substituted oxime carbamates of the formula (I) <IMAGE> in which R, R<1>, R<2>, R<3>, R<4> and R<5> have the meaning given in the description. They are obtained by carbamoylating oximes in the customary manner or by sulphenylating oxime carbamates. They are outstandingly suitable for pest control.
