The applicator device, consisting of a carrier part (1) and of a doctor part (2), has as a spring element (3) an elastic layer which preferably consists of elastomeric material. This elastic layer is fastened to a lower plate of the carrier and feed part (1) on the one hand and fixed to the doctor part on the other hand by means of projections and recesses or by means of projections, such as bolts, studs and the like. The doctor part itself is designed in a similar way to a doctor shoe and has an applicator slit (21). <IMAGE>
