A golf case consisting of two half-shells (1, 2) interconnected in a hinge-like manner is designed in such a manner that its interior is suitable not only for receiving golf clubs and golf equipment but also for receiving the latter together with golf bag (12). Its design corresponds to the form of a conventional golf bag with one narrow and one flared end. The separating plane between the two half-shells (1, 2) extends approximately in the centre between the opposite narrow sides (20, 21) of the case.
