Electronic device for measuring the distance between motor vehicles

Sensors which operate with ultrasonic sound scan the area behind the vehicle for obstacles. As soon as an obstacle is detected at a distance of 2 m# from the sensor, an audible signal inside the vehicle is triggered and at the same time a visual signal lights up on the dashboard. As the distance is reduced the sound and flashing frequency change until at a distance of 60 cm a warning sound is triggered and a warning flashing light with the sign "distance" lights up.
