These separators are known devices which serve for the recovery of the fringes of residual meat on the bones of slaughtered animals. Furthermore they are used in the production of a raw flesh mass from poultry or fish. These devices are either independent machines or machine systems, or are built on as separating adapters for comminuting machines which operate on the mincing machine principle. The known separating adapter works with a conical screw of decreasing pitch depth and width and produces a very high pressure in order to press the raw mass through the 0.6 mm bores of the strong-walled conical sieve cylinder. The material to be separated is strongly heated and denatured by pressure and friction. A special cooling is required. Fish, meat bones, poultry or rind fat give rise to different technical requirements for the separating zone. The invention represents a separating adapter, the separating zone of which is designed to be interchangeable corresponding to the requirements. While maintaining the basic equipment, only a bushing with knife bars mounted on it, and if necessary the sieve cylinder of only 2 mm wall thickness, are interchanged. |
