PURPOSE:To prevent a failure caused by noises and to attain accurate signal transmission, by converting an electric signal of a signal source on a rotating shaft into a pulse train signal and further into an optical signal. CONSTITUTION:When the rotating shaft 1 is rotated, a power is generated, and a DC power converted by an AC/DC converter 9 is supplied to a signal processing circuit to actuate an electric circuit. When the electric signal is outputted from each sensor, it is switched sequentially at a switching circuit and sent to a V/F converter 5b, converted into a frequency corresponding to a voltage value, outputted as a pulse train signal, which is converted into an optical signal by a light emitting diode. This optical signal is made incident to a phototransistor 11 through a lens system 10, converted into an electric signal and sent to a measuring device 12 to recognize the failed state or the like of each tool. Since the signal is transmitted through the transmission/reception of light, this system is hardly affected by noises and the transmission of signal for the shaft in high- speed rotation is attained accurately and surely. |
