PURPOSE:To make possible to connect a winding unit to terminals by a simple technique without causing the winding to come off a collar through such an arrangement wherein a winding guide is caused to couple with a bobbin and the edge of the guide is caused to guide the end of the winding through each groove by stretching it. CONSTITUTION:After a specified amount of winding A is wound around in a winding groove 1a of a bobbin 1, a revoving machine is once stopped, and a winding guide 4 is externally mounted on the bobbin 1. Next, the end A1 of the winding A is coupled with the edge 4a of the guide 4 and moved to the base of the bobbin 1 along a winding guide route 2. At this time, the end A1 is guided to the base as it is stretched by the edge 4a, therefore, there is no looseness. Under this condition, the end is connected to a terminal 3a. Next, the guide 4 is caused to detach from the bobbin 1 and it is caused to stand by until winding at the next winding groove 1b is completed. Subsequently, the same operation is to be repeated. |
