发明名称 METHOD FOR MEASURING ONE-DIMENSIONAL QUANTITY OF BODY
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To measure exactly from a large one-dimension quantity to a small one-dimension quantity by converting a light quantity projected without being intercepted by a body to an electric quantity to read it by using a thin film photosensor. CONSTITUTION:The photosensor 10 forms an amorphous silicon layer of p-i-n structure on a stainless steel substrate 7, and a teeth comb-shaped electrode 8 is provided partially through conductive film of transparent total surface. If light 9 is made incident from a side of the electrode 8, an electric current proportional to the quantity of incident light is outputted. Supposing that a body 11 to be measured is the essential oil and the light is irradiated, a shadow is thrown behind the body 11, and the light is projected to a sensor 10 in a domain 12 where the body is not in existance. Since the irradiation area is proportional to the current value, the level can be controlled by the current value of the sensor.</p>
