PURPOSE:To uniformly form a molding layer with uniformed molded layer which has excellent electrical and mechanical properties by disposing bent and shaped armature coils cylindrically to a support, inserting them in a mold, positioning them at the prescribed interval and filling thermoplastic resin in the mold to integrally hardening the coil in a cylindrical shape. CONSTITUTION:A support 1 which supports coils formed of thermoplastic synthetic resin material has a pawl 4 for positioning the coils, a holding member 5 of the prescribed height is implanted in a cylindrical shape, the prescribed circumferential surface is formd, and bent and shaped armature coils 6 are then disposed on the support 1. The support 1 in which the coils 6 are thus disposed is inserted into split molds 13, the coils 6 are correctly positioned at the prescribed interval, the same thermoplastic synthetic resin as the resin molded for the support is press-fitted by an injection molding machine into the inner cavity of the support 1, the resin is filled particularly in the cap between the member 5 of the support 1 and the coils 6, and a plurality of coils are integrally hardened in a cylindrical shape. |
