PURPOSE:To prevent the adhesion of resin to part which is not preferred for the adhesion of the resin such as an air gap surface or an air duct or the like by impregnating a core which contains insulated coils with the resin, then coating the part for preventing the resin from being coated with release agent, and then thermally curing the impregnated resin. CONSTITUTION:An insulated coil is contained in the slot of a core, excess droplets of impregnated resin of a stator which is impregnated with resin is sufficiently removed, release agent of type seized at ambient temperature such as a free coating 33 is atomized by a spraying unit to the core interior, an outer periphery and an air duct, and thermally cured in a dry furnace. Thus, after the resin is impregnated, the release agent is coated as the intermediate step before thermally curing step, thereby preventing the impregnated resin from being adhered to the part which is not preferred for the adhesion of the resin such as the air gap surface and the air duct. |
