The tool comprises a housing (1) having a first longitudinal axis and provided with a motor-driven chuck (4), which accepts a suitable drilling or fastening bit, projecting from the forward end thereof and an elongated grip (2) having a second longitudinal axis and connected at its forward end to the backward end of the housing (1) in such a way as to be allowed to selectively assume two positions, that is, a straight position where said first longitudinal axis is in line with the second longitudinal axis and an angled position where the first axis crosses with the second axis.
