PURPOSE:To attain the effective use of a telephone network, by bypassing previously a part of a load to a channel selected with the 2nd priority in case of a high load, and applying a conventional detour system available for overflowed calls to the rest load. CONSTITUTION:When a call a12 comes to an exchange 1, a selection request signal is supplied to a control line 42 to select a line 11. This signal is applied to a counter 21, a random generator 24 and a distributor 25, the counter 21 counts the number of calls of the call a12 and the random generator 24 outputs a signal of 1, 0 according to a random number to a control line 45. The distributor 25 distributes the selection request signal to a control line 46 when an output signal of the random generator 24 is at level 1 and to a control line 47 when at 0 level. In case of the signal 0, a line selecting circuit 27 performs the control to select the line 11 and when the line 11 is idle, the line 11 is caught and when occupied, the selection request signal is transferred to a synthesizer 26 via a control line 48. |
