<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate later handling of a waste coating material and contrive to reuse the material as a heating aid by a method wherein the waste coating material is freeze dried and is pulverized, followed by addition of a separating agent or drying at low temperature. CONSTITUTION:The waste coating material 1 is introduced into a refrigerator comprised of a cooler for refrigeration cycle of a freeze drying step 2 placed in a freeze drying chamber to cool it to a temperature of -10--160 deg.C, and it is transferred into a pulverizing step 3. In the pulverizing step 3, the freeze-dried material is pulverized by charging it into a poulverizer in which pulverizing members are rotated. The pulverized material is fed into a separating agent adding step 4, in which calcium oxide as a separating agent is added into the pulverized material to prevent re-coagulation. The resultant mixture is fed into a low-temperature drying step 5, in which air at normal temperature is circulated in a low-temperature drying chamber to dry the mixture at a low temperature, thereby finally obtaining a pulverulent or granular waste coating material 6.</p> |
