PURPOSE:To enable to smoothly feed a liquid difficult to handle, by holding a mouth portion of a can body between a flange portion of an intermediate sleeve and a main sleeve, and thereby ensuring airtightness at the mouth portion. CONSTITUTION:Since a support plate 11 and a rotary sleeve 20 are not fixed together, an outlet pipe 10 is kept stationary together with a main sleeve 30, so that only the rotary sleeve 20 is kept free for rotation. Along with rotation of the rotary sleeve 20, its flange portion 27 changes its circumferential and vertical positions, and the upper surface of the flange portion 27 is brought into tight contact with the lower surface of a mouth portion 1a. Resultantly, the mouth portion 1a is held tightly between the flange portion 27 and a flange portion 31 to such an extent that a seal member 40 is compressed. Thus, since an outlet port 2 can be sealed tightly, a liquid to be handled is supplied smoothly. |
