PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution, by using a display device for receiving channel display in common for the display of a receiving channel and the display of residual time of an off-timer. CONSTITUTION:The residual time of the off-timer and the channel number are displayed on a display device 1 in a receiver provided with a off-timer. That is, the display device 1 is connected to a microcomputer 4, which includes a data switching section 6, a counter 7, and a digit control section 5, and the data switching section 6 selects and outputs channel data and residual time data of the off-timer as display data to the display device 1. The counter 7 counts a time required for returning the digit control section 5 from the channel display state to the residual time display state. When turning on a switch 8 and setting the display to the residual time mode, the digit control section 5 controls switches 3a, 3b and the display device 1 performs flushing display. |
