PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a protecting circuit, by inputting a signal to two switching elements of complimental operation via a delay element having different delay time. CONSTITUTION:A delay circuit D1 is connected between an input terminal of a driver circuit where two transistors(TRs) TR1, TR2 are connected in series and a base of the TR1. Further an NOR output of a signal from a connecting point between the TR1 and TR2 and the input terminal is applied to the base of the TR2. The delay time of an NOR circuit D2 is set smaller than that of the delay circuit D1. Thus, both TR1, TR2 are not turned on at the same time and no protecting resistor is required. |
