PURPOSE:To obtain the titled device which discharges a wire scrap out of a winding machine automatically by clamping the wire scrap produced in the winding machine with a chuck which is opened and closed by a hydraulic cylinder, and carrying the scrap by a carrier fitted with the chuck and discharging it from behind a machine base. CONSTITUTION:The wire scrap discharging device 1 is provided with the L- shaped frame consisting of a lateral frame 4a and a longitudinal frame 4b which are supported by a supporting frame 3 stood on the machine base 2 of the winding machine and allowed by the hydraulic cylinder 6 to move forth and back under the guidance of a bush 5 and a sliding shaft 6. The chuck 14 is fitted to a chain 19 extended among sprockets 4a-4d fitted to the frame 4 and driven by a motor 10. The chuck 14 is opened and closed through a release plate 12 by the operation of an air cylinder 7 to clamp the wire scrap 20 in front of the machine base 2, and the wire scrap 20 is belt in an U shape by an arm 13 and carried; and it is released by a chuck opening stay 18 behind the machine base 2 to be discharged. |
