<p>PURPOSE:To write a program and data to an RAM with no addition of hardware and software to each control, by using a master device to execute reading/ writing, and writing the memory contents of the master device to a memory of a slave device. CONSTITUTION:A CPU11 of a master device 1 reads the data out of an RAM15. In this case, no read control terminal is connected and therefore the data of an RAM24 is not read. The CPU11 reads only the data of the RAM15. Then the CPU11 writes the data to the RAM15 by means of a read address, and the same data is written to the same address of both RAM15 and RAM24, respectively, since these RAM15 and RAM24 are connected to each other. In such a way, the contents of the RAM15 are all written to the RAM24. When the writing of data is over, a slave device 2 functions as an independent measurement controller having the data on the measurement control sequence part to the RAM24. Then the device 2 starts an operation based on the measurement control sequence data of the RAM24.</p> |
