<p>PURPOSE:To lock and release automatically a reel with a simple structure, by using upper and lower rotary plates and a driving source for these rotary plates. CONSTITUTION:A reel support plate 3 is adhered with twist to a lower rotary plate 5 so that the plate 3 is pressed to the plate 5 in direction B to give the energizing force to the plate 5, and then a stay 4 pierced through an upper rotary plate 6 and fixed. The projected shaft part 7 of a coupling rod 12 is pressed toward A by a coil spring 8. Under such conditions, a driving motor 1 is revolved toward A, and the rod 12 is pressed toward A. At the same time, a pad 11 is pressed toward C and then locked. When the lock of the pad 11 is released, a rack 15 is driven toward D by a motor 14. A revolution preventing drive shaft 19 is also turned toward D, and a revolution catch 16 is set in vertical state and fitted into a recess part 32 to fix the plate 3. The rack 15 engages a gear 51 to turn the plate 6 toward B, and therefore, the stay 4 moves toward F. Then the plate 6 turns toward B. As a result, the free fulcrum of the rod 12 moves toward an arrow B', and the pad 11 moves toward the center to release the locking state.</p> |
