PURPOSE:To correct automatically a delay time, by using a burst signal for detecting a time base fluctuation of an input chrominance signal and controlling a voltage controlled oscillator to drive a charge transfer element accordingly. CONSTITUTION:An output of the voltage controlled oscillator 8 is applied to the charge transfer element 2 via a clock driver 9. A sampling pulse to give the burst signal J to a gate is inputted to an oscillating circuit 10. The phase of an output signal of the oscillating circuit 10 and that of the burst signal obtained at a sample circuit 11 are compared at a phase comparator 12. The output of the comparator 12 is a detected output in response to the phase difference of the both and this is taken as a control voltage and given to the voltage controlled oscillator 8. In controlling the oscillating frequency, a frequency of a transfer clock driving the element 2 is controlled to be followed to the time base fluctuation of the input chrominance signal. |
