PURPOSE:To provide a resin compsn. having excellent flow characteristic during molding and excellent low-temperature impact resistance after heat treatment, by adding a hindered phenol compd. and a copper compd. to a mixture of a polyamide and a modified polyolefin having a functional group. CONSTITUTION:95-50wt% polyamide such as nylon 6 is mixed with 5-50wt% modified polyolefin having at least one functional group selected from carboxyl (metal salt thereof), carboxylate ester, acid anhydride and epoxy groups, such as ethylene/acrylic acid copolymer. 0.005-3pts.wt. hindered phenol compd. such as 3,5-di-t-butyl-4-hydroxytoluene and/or arom. amine compd. and 0.005-1pt.wt. copper compd. such as cuprous chloride are blended with 100pts.wt. above mixture to obtain the desired resin compsn. |
