PURPOSE:To obtain stable rotation and drive, by connecting a cam for displacing a photoreceptor which is rotated at the rotating speed differing slightly from the rotating speed of the photoreceptor to a driving mechanism by means of an elastic body and controlling the axial displacement of the photoreceptor in accordance with the deviation in the rotating phase thereof. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive drum 1 is rotated in an arrow C direction by a drum motor 18, and a latent image is formed by a scanning beam B and is transferred to developed paper. The remaining toner is removed by a blade 31. An electromagnetic plunger 34 is energized by a driving circuit in this stage and the blade 31 is held in press contact with the surface of the drum 1. At the same instant, a differential gear 26 is also rotated at the rotating speed slightly lower than the rotating speed of the drum 1 by a motor 20 for driving the body. Since a cam member 23 is rotated at the same speed as the speed of the drum by the frictional force to the projecting part 21 of a flange 2, a spiral spring 25 is charged and when the repulsive force of the spring 25 and the frictional force are equal, the member 23 induces a slip motion according to the difference in the rotating speed between the projection 21 of the flange 2 and the gear 26. |
