摘要 |
PURPOSE:To prevent possible deformation and squeeze of a corrugated fiberboard with an accurate measurement of running speed by arranging a pair of press mark detectors and first and second arithmetic mechanisms to allow the gaging thereof without contacting the corrugated fiberboard. CONSTITUTION:A corrugated fiberboard 1 runs in the direction of the arrow as illustrated. Press mark detectors A and B are set at a distance P0 roughly equal to the pitch of the core paper. The detectors A and B continuously detect press marks on the corrugated fiberboard 1 running and then, pulse generators 3A and 3B form pulses when the detection signal is generated. The pulses are inputted into a phase analyzer 4 to analyze the phase and the phase difference alpha is outputted. An arithmetic unit 5 receives the phase difference alpha to compute P= (1-alpha/360)<-1>.P0 and outputs a real core paper pitch P at a core paper pitch output terminal 11. An arithmetic unit 7 calculates the running speed of the corrugated fiberboard 1 based on the signals of a pulse counter 6 and the arithmetic unit 5 and outputs it at a running speed output terminal 9. |
