摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To detect a two-dimensional position coordinate by a simple constitution, by applying the voltage so that potential sloped layers consisting of plural split conductive parts form each different potential, and detecting the potential of a pressed position from a detecting layer. CONSTITUTION:A potential sloped layer obtained by forming split conductive parts 3-1-3-8 by performing chemical etching to a transparent conductive film 2 2 to which a thin film layer of gold is vapor-deposited is formed on a substrate 1. Electrodes 4-1-4-8 and 5-1-5-8 are provided across the split conductive parts, and the electrodes 4-2 and 4-3, 4-4 and 4-5, 4-6 and 4-7, and 5-1 and 5-2, 5-3 and 5-4, 5-5 and 5-6, and 5-7 and 5-8 are connected by silver paste, respectively, the electrode 4-1 is connected to the earth, +8V is applied to 4-8, and a linear potential sloped layer is formed. A spacer 6, an electrode 9 being in the circumference of a detecting layer 8, the detecting layer 8 and a film 7 are placed on electrodes 4, 5. When the film 7 is pressed, voltage corresponding to the pressed position is detected, and a two-dimensional coordinate is detected by one voltage value.</p>
