PURPOSE:To enable recording of clean image information, by recording the image formation in frames, and recording marks for detecting density in the parts on the outside of the recorded parts at the same instant, detecting the density of said marks and controlling recording conditions. CONSTITUTION:The recording of the image information on a photosensitive material 40 and the recording of marks 50A-52A for detecting density on the frames 50-53 recorded thereon with the image information are illustrated. More specifically, the mark 50A of a square shape is recorded under the same conditions in the part below the frame 50 of the material 40 where the image information is not recorded at the same instant when the image is recorded in the frame 50. The mark 51A is similarly recorded below the frame 51 at the same instant when the image information is recorded in the frame 51, and the mark 52A is recorded at the same instant when the image information is recorded in the frame 52. These recorded marks are detected by a density detector 60 provided in the conveyance passage thereof, whereby the optical density is detected. |
