<p>PURPOSE:To enable a prolonged use along with a higher reliability by obtaining a charged power source of an electro-optic converter from the first electrode while enabling the measurement of voltage from the second electrode after they are buried into a spacer. CONSTITUTION:A capacitor 6 is inserted into an electrode 4 buried into a spacer 1 and a tank 2 and a terminal voltage thereof (6) is converted into an optical signal with an electro-optic converter 7 and introduced to an observing point with an optical guide 8. This is the same as previously. But in this invention, another electrode 4a is buried into the spacer 1 independent of the electrode 4. The primary winding 10a of a transformer 10 is connected to a leader end of the electrode 4a and the output of the secondary winding 10b is rectified with a rectifier circuit 11 to be a power source of the electro-optic convrter 7. This enables a prolonged use along with a higher reliability.</p> |
