PURPOSE:To prevent gas leakage, and also to simplify an assembly work, by providing no hole of the center part of a diaphragm, and providing a recessed part of a special structure instead of said hole. CONSTITUTION:A recessed part 15 is provided on the center part of a diaphragm 3, and a groove 16 is provided like a ring on the inside face of this recessed part 15. On the other hand, a projecting part is provided on the shaft part of a valve body 5 so as to be fitted into the ringlike groove 16. Also, the diaphragm 3 is pinched by a fixing plate 9 and a fixing plate 10 and is reinforced. Also, a choke hole 19 having plural slits 18 is provided on the center part of the fixing plate 9, and the recessed part 15 is clamped by repulsion of a tongue 20. In this way, since no hole is provided on the diaphragm 3, gas leakage can be prevented. Also, assembly of the valve body and the diaphragm is executed by only an inserting operation, therefore, the assembly work can be simplified. |
