PURPOSE:To make a trigger have remarkable generality, and collecting delicately history information, by using a signal accumulated in a history storage device, stopping the accumulation of the history information in an optintnl state which can be designated, and collecting its information. CONSTITUTION:A data of a register A1 for setting a value of an accumulated data from a service processor SVP is always compared with a data accumulated in a history storage device 6 by a comparing circuit 3. Subsequently, a coincidence signal of both of them is sent as a freezing signal 8 to the device 6. Also, a register B2 for setting a value from the SVP is provided, and the register A1 is compared with each corresponding bit. Comparison is executed by making only a bit to which a mask of the register B2 is off, an object. Subsequently, when all bits coincide with each other, an output becomes on, and an accumulating operation in the history storage device 6 is stopped. |
