PURPOSE:To prevent the fluidized material from flowing out of a conveyor belt by a method wherein a part of the fluidized material is cooled or heated beforehand to change it into semi-fluidized and sent it out in the shape of strands along both side rims of the conveyor belt, in order to hold the fluidized material, sent out of a feeder, by the strands. CONSTITUTION:The fluidized material, taken out of a supplying source therefore, enters into the inner pipe 242 of a device 24 for making the fluidized material into semi-fluidized and it sent into nozzles 29, 30 by a screw type extruder 26. During this process, the fluidized material is cooled indirectly by a cooling medium circulating between an outer pipe 241 and the inner pipe 242 and it is changed into the semi-fluidized state due to the increasing of the viscosity thereof, thereafter, it is sent out of the nozzles 29, 30 along both side rims of the belt conveyor 1 in the shapes of long strands 31, 32. The feeder 9 feeds the fluidized material inbetween said strands 31, 32 through a normally closed solenoid valve 10. Thus, the fluidized material is transferred to the other end of the conveyor belt 1 under being held between the strands 31, 32, while it is cooled indirectly by the cooling medium injected by cooling medium injectors 11, 12 during this process. |
