PURPOSE:To decrease the transmission wires, etc. for the purpose of temp. correction and to reduce the burden of a control device by converting a position displacement to a reactance constituting an oscillation circuit, detecting the same as a frequency signal, and compensating the temp. by the output of the oscillation circuit using the element having the same characteristics. CONSTITUTION:The change in the position of an object to be detected of position is converted to a change in the capacity of an air capacitor by using, for example, an accelerator pedal 1, and said capacity changes the frequency of the 1st oscillation circuit 4. The oscillation frequency of the 2nd oscillation circuit 6 is constant, and a frequency pulse oscillation circuit 8 outputs an output pulse (b) at every inputting of a prescribed number of the pulse signals (a) from the circuit 6. A signal processing circuit 7 counts the frequency corresponding to the displacement in the position of the object to be inspected. If the period of the periodic pulse (b) is beforehand adequately adjusted, the pulse is usable as a detection signal for the position. The frequency of the signal (c) corresponding to the displacement in the position differs between the time when the temp. is low and when high, and the frequencies of the signal (a) and the signal (b) formed by the signal (a) change similarly, whereby the detection signal for the position is made constant without receiving the influence of the change in temp. |
