PURPOSE:To eliminate the generation of uneven thickness of a molding by using a cylindrical fiber by a method in which a turnable annular tube to press a fiber coming out of a housing cylinder onto the inner surface of cylindrical molds is provided on a resin liquid supply tube side in such a way as to allow the fiber to move smoothly and exactly. CONSTITUTION:Under the condition that a supplyer 5 is deeply inserted into a cylindrical mold 1, the tip of a fiber 7 is fixed to the inner surface of the cylindrical mold 1 from an end face tool 4 side. While turning the mold 1 and the supplyer 5 integrally around the horizontal axis 3, the supplyer 5 is drawn out while supplying a resin liquid 6. The fiber 7 is then drawn out of a fiber housing cylinder 12 and pressed on the inner surface of the mold 1 while being extended by a tube 13. In this case, the tube 13 turns around the axis 15 without any sliding contact. The resin liquid is then supplied onto the fiber 7 pressed from a resin liquid spreader 11 and centrifugally molded. The fiber 7 can be exactly transferred without forming lapped portion because the cylindrical material can be used in advance.
