PURPOSE:To prevent the drop in the illumination by a lamp, by supporting a transparent cover element rotatably around the front of the lamp and by rotating the cover element to cause dust, snow, rain, mud or the like to fly away outwards when a vehicle is moving. CONSTITUTION:In the application of a cover 4 to a head lamp 3, a tapered cylindrical support element 11 is removably mounted by a plurality of J-shaped bolts 16 in front of a mounting element 7 in such a manner that the cross-sectional area of the support element increases forward. The inner conical part 25 of a transparent cover element 14 is rotatably attached with rolling elements 12 to the inside of the support element 11 in front of the lamp 3. The protrusion 21 of the support element 11 is inserted in between the inner and outer parts 25, 26 of the cover element 14 as a labyrinth. Vanes 27 are protruded from the peripheral part of the front of the cover element 14 so that the cover element is rotated by the wind caused in the moving of a vehicle. |
