发明名称 VIBRATION CONTROLLING COMPOSITE STEEL PLATE
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the titled steel plate having a high vibration controlling efficiency over a wide temperature range from normal to high and a favorable anti-exfoliating efficiency by a method wherein a thermoplastic resin which is viscous and elastic and which has a vibration damping capacity is interposed between two sheets of thin steel plates. CONSTITUTION:The thermoplastic resin such as denatured polyolefin or a vinyl ascetate type denatured polymer having a Young's modulus of higher than 10<5>dyn/cm<2> at temperatures in a range from ordinary to high is interposed between the two sheets of thin steel plates. The composite steel plate of the above structure is made to have a coefficient (eta) of vibratory energy loss of higher than 0.03, preferably higher than 0.05, so that the plate performs a stabilized vibration controlling function in a wide temperature range.
