PURPOSE:To enable an operator to removably attach a spare tire without any unnatural positions and difficulties by providing a bracket for supporting the spare tire on the back of a foldable cover body. CONSTITUTION:A spare tire cover 1 is provided on a concave housing 3 formed in a floor panel 2 and comprises a cover body 6 supported foldably by a hinge 5 on the tail end panel 4 side, a first bracket 9 projecting from the back 6a of the cover body 6 and capable of engaging a load wheel 8 of a spare tire 7, a second bracket 11 capable of supporting a crown portion 10 of the spare tire 7 and a cover lock 12 supported rotatably by the floor panel 12 to hole the cover body 6 on the floor panel 2. Thus, when the spare tire 7 is attached or removed, the cover body 6 is erected so that an operator can attach or remove the spare tire without any unnatural positions. |
