PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of draft unevenness in fleeces, by adjusting a speed regulator built in a transmission apparatus between two drafting parts with a tension sensing apparatuses for the fleeces between both drafting parts when the abnormal tension is sensed with the sensing apparatuses.
