PURPOSE:To realize effective toe-in of a rear wheel at the time of cornering by installing a swaying member, which supports a wheel supporting member to a car body, in such a manner as a locus of swiveling for the supporting member is outwardly movable in the left and right directions of the car body at the time of bumping. CONSTITUTION:A semitrailing type rear suspension is formed by connecting the wheel hub 10 of a tyre 14, through one ball joint 11 and two rubber bushes 12, 13, to the rear end of a semitrailing arm 2 supporting its front ends 2a, 2b to a car body side frame 1. Further, both end parts of a stabilizer 16 supported by the car body through a control link 17 are connected to the hub 10. In this case, the abovementioned arm 2 is installed in such a manner as a locus of swiveling of the wheel hub 10 moves outwardly in the right and left directions of the car body at the time of bumping. Further, the end part of the stabilizer 16 is connected, ahead of the ball joint 11 and below the center of swaying of the arm 2, to an arm 15 projecting from the hub 10. |
