PURPOSE:To enable to prevent small diameter wires from being broken, by a method wherein bent parts generated when a plurality of aligned small diameter wires constituting needle electrodes for recording are connected to external terminals are embedded in a molded resin part, in an electrostatic recorder. CONSTITUTION:The small diameter wires 7 constituting the recording needle electrodes 2 are bently arranged on a supporting base 9 by a rotary movable arm 10 in such a manner as to make contact with controlling electrodes 6 constituting the external terminals, are sequentially laid while blowing an adhesive from a nozzle 12, and are fixed by a heat press 11. Then, the recording needle electrode parts obtained by cutting the wires 7 at corner parts are connected to the external terminals 6, and the electrode parts inclusive of the bent parts of the wires 7 are integrally embedded in the molded resin part 4A together with the controlling electrode pairs. Accordingly, the recording needle electrodes for the one-side control type multi-needle recording electrode can be easily handled with little danger of breaking them, and can be easily produced. |
