PURPOSE:To minimize generation and residue of voids, by a method wherein after decompressed and defoamed, synthetic resin is poured into a mold containing a material to be impregnated under a normal pressure, and the resultant is pressurized and then a process of decompression and pressurization is repeated at least once by finally maintaining pressurization. CONSTITUTION:After a synthetic resin 4 is agitated and defoamed by a mixer, it is gradually poured into the bottom of a fiber mold 2 until a material 3 to be impregnated is completely covered with. After the inside of the pressurization tank 1 is returned to a normal pressure, it is pressurized. In a conventional impregnation process, the resin is hardened by heating under pressurization thereafter to complete the process of impregnation. According to the present impregnation process, after a normal pressure pouring pressurization, a normal pressure and pressurization is again repeated once or several times and thereafter it is hardened by heating. By this processing, the inevitably generating voids can be minimized and the generated voids can be dispersed as minute voids. |
