PURPOSE:To closely adhere a fiber to the inside of molds by a method in which a fiber attached to the opening portion of a cylindrical lever is wound around the lever in the same diameter as the inside diameter of molds, one end of the fiber is pushed into the opening by a rod and supplied into the molds in such a way as to make it closely contact with the periphery, and then the rod is drawn out. CONSTITUTION:End of a fiber 9 is inserted through an opening 7 into a cylindrical lever 6 and wound around the cylindrical lever 6 spirally while holding it on the cylindrical lever 6 side by a rod 8 in such a way as to equalize the outside diameter (d) with the inside diameter D. When the rod 8 is drawn out, the fiber 9 is attached to the cylindrical lever 6. When the rod 8 is then inserted with one end of the fiber 9 into the cylindrical lever 6, the remainder is closely adhered to the periphery of the lever 6 and becomes crimped. The cylindrical lever 6 with the fiber 9 is inserted into the cylindrical mold 1 without being affected by an end face tool 3. When the rod 8 is drawn out after the insertion operation, the fiber 9 is protruded from the lever 6 and expanded by its elasticity, and therefore, the fiber 9 is closely adhered to the inner surface of the mold 1 and the deviation and waving of the fiber 9 during winding and shifting period are prevented. |
