PURPOSE:To enable the exact measurement even at a place in a relatively long and nonperspective distance with a simple device by the combination of an emitting part and detecting part for a laser and a pressure type level measurement device provided with two level sensors for a reference and for measurement. CONSTITUTION:The pressure in a hermetic water tank communicated with plural level gages in a pressure type level measurement device (a) is fluctuated and the places where the level gages are installed are successively detected by the pressure signal generated by the same and the detected level signals. The level point C of a level sensor (f) for measurement is matched with the line of the reference level of a building or the like which is beforehand obtd., then the distance H2 from the level point B of a level sensor (e) for reference up to the point C is determined with a pressure type device (a); at the same time, the distance H0 from the laser spot LS of a laser detection part (c) and a reference point A is measured, whereby the absolute position of LS is known. The sensor (f) connected with a flexible pipe (g) is moved to the measuring point and the level point C at the measuring point is determined. If the flexible pipe (g) is made longer, the level is measured exactly even by one man even at a remote distance. |
