PURPOSE:To enhance foaming performance and maintain a wetting effect for a lone period of time, by a method wherein a mixed liquid of polyethylene glycol having an average molecular weight of 100-600, water and a surface active agent is foamed and is introduced into a pipe. CONSTITUTION:A mixed liquid of polyethylene glycol having an average molecular weight of 100-600, water and a surface active agent is foamed and is introduced into a pipe part 1a. Accordingly, since polyethylene glycol dissolves well in water, foaming performance of the mixed liquid is enhanced, and the wetting effect can be maintained for a relatively long period of time. |
