PURPOSE:To obtain fancy yarns full of variety, by passing plural different kinds of fiber bundles respectively through a transport pipe having an intermittent feed apparatus, feeding the fiber bundles to common delivery rolls, passing the delivered fiber bundles through a hollow spindle provided after the delivery rolls, and winding another yarn around the fiber bundles. CONSTITUTION:Plural different kinds of fiber bundles 4-7 are fed to common delivery rolls 1 through an apparatus 8 for intermittent feeding of the respective fiber bundles, and the apparatus 8 for the intermittent feeding of the fiber bundles is equipped with many fiber transport pipes 2 having a compressed air jetting nozzle and intermittent holding tools 3 for the fiber bundles (consisting of solenoid valves, etc.) provided at the inlet thereof for the respective fiber bundles. Thus, the different kinds of the fiber bundles are selectively fed intermittently to the delivery rolls 1. A hollow spindle 9 is provided at the outlet side of the delivery rolls 1, and the fiber bundles delivered from the delivery rolls 1 are passed through the hollow part of the hollow spindle 9, and another yarn 10 is taken out of a package wound around the outer periphery of the hollow spindle 9 and wound around the fiber bundles. |
