PURPOSE:To improve workability, and to enhance insulating property and thermal conductivity by inserting a pipe made of an insulating material into a clearance between a core and a coil, flowing a resin in through the pipe and heating and curing the resin. CONSTITUTION:A coil 1 and a pole head 4 are clamped through a sealing material 12, one end of the pipe 13 made of the insulating material is closed and disposed to the whole circumference on the pole head 4 side, the lower side, in the clearance 10 betwen the field coil 11 and the core 3, and insulating spacers 11 are inserted at proper intervals. Small holes 14 are disposed to the pipe 13. The resin of high insulating property and thermal conductivity is injected from the pipe 13 while directing the pole head 4 downward, and heated and cured, and the pipe 13 is cut near the coil 1. |
