The trailer comprises a container (2) supported between a pair of scissors lifts having first and second arms (3,4) movable about a pivot (5) by a ram (19). The arms (3,4) support the container (2) by a pair of rollers (12) and a mounting means (7). The mounting means (7) comprises a lug (8) on the container (2) for engagement with a pair of U-shaped slots, a tilt slot (10) and a lift slot (11). The lug (8) engages the lift slot (11) when the trailer is to be lifted. For tilting the lug (8) engages the tilt slot (10) thereby causing the rollers (12) to disengage the container to permit tilting. |
