PURPOSE:To execute molding work excellent in reliability automatically by continuously molding the armature coil in succession by a V-shaped leg opener, an arcuate molding device, a hexagonal type molding device and a shifter. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of U-shaped flat-type electric wires 2 are leg-opened in a V shape in the V-shaped leg opener 21, and the predetermined sections are molded in an arcuate shape in the arcuate molding device 28. With the hexagon type molding device 35, an integral holder is provided with a push jig and a receiving jig for bending a coil section to a hexagon, and it molds the coil section while pushing a plurality of the flat-type electric wires 2 against the jigs. A plurality of the flat-type electric wires bent to a U shape are held by the shifter 20, and molded in succession while being transferred. |
