Method for constructing houses or buildings, in particular multi storey houses or buildings, and prefabricated building parts suitable for carrying out the method, the individual storeys being built up from completely prefabricated masonry walls containing all of the installation pipes, conduits and cables by mounting these walls on the respective lower walls while opening free spaces in each case in the storey transition. To set the height accurately, the walls to be newly mounted in each case have lower and preferably also upper projections which in each case lie against one another in the joint during mounting and form the free spaces to permit completion of the installation work before placing the in-situ concrete on the floors.
